EBENEZER A.M.E. CHURCH WELCOMES NEW PASTOR

Ebenezer A.M.E. Church welcomes their new pastor, Rev. Rodney Moody. On October 29, Bishop Clement Fugh, Presiding Prelate of the Fifth Episcopal District, appointed Rev. Rodney Moody to Ebenezer A.M.E. church, Kansas City, MO. Rev. Moody is a native of St. Louis Missouri where he attended St. Louis Christian College, and received his Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. While there, he was inducted into the Honors Society. Rev. Moody received a Master of Christian Counseling degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. He has served as pastor of St. John A.M.E. Church in Kennett, MO, St. James A.M.E. Church in Cape Girardeau, MO, and Tri-Union A.M.E. Church in St. Louis, MO. Rev. Moody is married to Kimberly and they have a son Tyler Isaiah. Rev. Moody has a heart for serving and helping others along the way. His favorite scripture is 1 John 3:18, “Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”
