Really Mo. State Lawmakers?.

So Missouri lawmakers believe that it is a good idea for State to be in control of the St. Louis Police department. The Republican senate contends that it would be safer and run smoother with a state appointed Board overseeing the Police department.

All they need to do is look at Kansas City, which operates with a state appointed Board and how smooth it runs with record numbers of homicides. Police officers who shoot and kill the citizens they are charged with protecting and assaulting others and are found guilty in trial or plead guilty. Yes it's smooth sailing around here.
