Earea Voters To Decide Several Key Issues On April 4

Area voters will get the opportunity to decide several key questions on Tuesday, April 4.
Voters will get to decide who advances to the Municipal election for Kansas City’s City Council as well as School Board seats in several school districts.
One school district seat will be selected sfter the tally of two-write in candidates.
One City Council seat may be decided by a write-in candidate advancing to the general elction to be held later this year.
Also, sales tax rates of 3 percent for Kansas City and Jackson County for recreational marijuana sales will be on the ballot also.
Polls in Kansas City will open at 6 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
